शुल्क वापसी की नीति

CANCELATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

a.   The orders placed inadvertently can be cancelled not later than 12 hours of receiving such intimation by sending an email to concierge@addiora.com with the caption “Cancellation”. The refund will be credited electronically to the original mode of payment. Please note that cancellation will only be allowed if the order has not been processed.

 

b.   No exchange will be provided for any product ordered from www.aadiora.in (Except when there is a wrong/manufacturing defect product received.)

 

c.   For the exchange of any product(s) an intimation is to be sent on concierge@addiora.com with the caption “Exchange” within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product(s). Any request received after the period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product shall not be entertained. Please provide images/unboxing video of the product(s) along with the exchange request. If the product(s) is eligible for exchange, we shall acknowledge your email / return request and try to arrange a pickup for the product(s) from your address. We will initiate the return pickup in 2-4 business days. Please note that if we are not able to arrange the pickup for any reason from your address, we shall communicate the same and it would then be your responsibility to ensure that the product is dispatched back to the warehouse within 2 days of receiving this communication.

 

d.   In any of the aforesaid scenarios, please ensure that the product to be exchanged is packed well so that no damage is caused to the product in transit. All products being exchanged should be in their original packaging (including the internal packaging of the product), accompanied with the original labels, barcodes and any other documents. Once the exchange package is delivered to our warehouse, the product will be checked thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and quality of the product.

 

e.   If the product has not been returned in the same condition as it was shipped, no exchange shall be processed and you shall be responsible for bearing the return delivery charges. If the returned product is acknowledged and accepted by us confirming its authenticity and quality in writing to you, your exchange will be processed within an appropriate time frame.

 

f.    Any issue regarding the product will be taken into consideration up to a maximum of 7 days from the actual order delivery date.

 

g.   Please Note: ADDIORA follows a No Refund Policy. No item purchased from www.addiora.in will be refunded. You can opt-in for replacement if a damaged/wrong product is received.
